5 - Candy Corns - These aren't spooky, but definitely go with the period, and are most fun when made as 3-dimensional shapes. I would not recommend going much more than two inches high, or they'll take excessively long to complete, but on account of their fairly simple style, this is another project that's wonderful to involve the children in!
